5th Summer camp

WK 2
Nevetheless a week had pass. 5 year no sea circuit. . . Phew . . . Money hard to earn. But I still able to pull myself up the rope. Of course with such weight that I had add up . . . Phew again. . . However is 1 ROUND ONLY . . . Understand my whole condition 1 more round I will hmmmm.... sit at the podium and rest liao... A night profile as a attendance to look out for condition. Rather brainless but still need to active some brain juice... Enjoy the brezee and salty water.

Lot of admin /paper work for this wk.

Talk cock session never left out in this period. At last time was left while we return the equipment used.

Ending with a talk management talk. Strong vision was cascade to team. I felt a strong message was informed that DAMMED YOU, YOU NEED TO BE FIT OTHERWISE . . .

5th Summer Camp

Week One
Phew tough as I always not fit. Total a new experience as there a change of management. More PC involvement. However, there were 11 PS, but I just could no sense all of them... I always like a lost child, always asked what will be next. Impatient of me or due to the enviroment I am at, anticapte what going next standby for plan B...
Running seem a daily routine for the pass 4 days. Haiz I have not been running for the pass erhh 1 whole year!!!... Faint.....
Suprisingly, I able to pull 7 comfortable though weight is a issued... Too bad incomplete run. Pain pain... Route in the water had change it like a Expressway far and straight... Start with 150bar ending with 50bar whoa that a cycle for the pass... Ehhh...
A group of 64 pax and 2 rooms dead body after the lunch . Tsunami just visited us. . . I have to sit out at the corridor for a breeze or grisp of air. Mess will be the next alternative...
